This is the latest reunion schedule and is complete to this date. I am sure there may be some minor changes but hopefully not many.

Tuesday, April 26, 2011
You are welcome to arrive this day so you can be at the hotel for an early start in the morning. Carol and I will arrive this day so we will be here during the evening.

Wednesday, April 27, 2011 – ARRIVAL DAY
9 AM - 10 PM – Registration at the Hospitality Room
· Individual photos of shipmates will be taken during arrival.
· Coffee, Rolls, Snacks, Soft Drinks, Beer and Wine available.
· Bull Session and Sea Stories.
· Free hotel shuttle to River City Market Place for shopping and/ or meals.
· Lunch and dinner on your own
· Free tours of the nearby Busch Brewery are available. The hotel will have shuttle service for a small fee

Thursday, April 28, 2011
8 AM – 9 AM - Registration, Coffee and Rolls in Hospitality Room
9 AM – Bus Tour Begins
§ Highlights of Jacksonville enroute to Naval Base
§ Tour of Naval ship in port (If available)
§ Tour of Mayport Naval Base
§ Lunch at the Officers Club
§ Memorial Ceremony at the War Memorial
§ Highlights of Jacksonville enroute to Hotel
§ 3 PM - Arrive at Crowne Plaza Hotel
3 PM – ??? Hospitality Room Open
Dinner on your own

Friday, April 29, 2011
8 AM – 5 PM Hospitality Room Open
· Coffee, Rolls, Snacks, Soft Drinks, Beer and Wine available
· Free tours of the nearby Busch Brewery are available. The hotel will have shuttle service for a small fee

10 AM – Business meeting in Hospitality Room

· Selection of 2013 Reunion Chairman and Location
· Financial Report

5 PM – 6:30 PM Cash bar Open
6 PM – 6:30 PM Group Photo
6:30 PM – 8:30 PM Banquet
