USS HAZELWOOD EMBROIDERED
MEN'S SHIRT
The shirt is a very dark blue, short sleeve, 100% cotton golf shirt with a collar but no pocket. It is made in the USA and embroidered with USS Hazelwood, DD 531 and has a Fletcher Class silhouette. The pictured shirt was made by another manufacturer but is very similar to the one you will be getting.
Sizes available are Small, Medium, Large, 1X, 2X and 3X.
MEN'S SHIRT

The shirt is made in the USA of 100% combed cotton/godon by TOM Apparel Group, a high end knitwear company. The NAVY lettering is done with silver sequins that are 5/64 inch in diameter. The “DD” has smaller sequins that are 1/16 inch in diameter. The “531” has sequins from ranging from 5/64 inch to 1/16 inch diameter.
Carol has worn this shirt a number of times and it still looks like new. She washes it inside-out in cold water even though the tag calls for warm water. She dries in the drier at a normal heat level.
Sizes available are Small, Medium, Large, 1X, 2X and 3X. The sizes are “true to size” and do not shrink according to my wife.
HAZELWOOD BALL CAP
I do not a picture of the cap!! The caps are made in the USA and one size fits all. They are embroidered with USS HAZELWOOD, DD531 and has a silhouette of a Fletcher Class destroyer. I have two other caps (TIN CAN SAILOR and BB64) from this manufacturer and the quality is excellent in both.

Orders for these items must be received prior to MARCH 1, 2011 in order to allow me to pick them up at the at the reunion. I will then ship them to those not attending the reunion. Don't forget to specify the sizes you need for the shirts.
